Club Auto’s headquarters are located in the CAA Central Ontario head office in Thornhill, Ontario.

Where are our call centres located? 
Club Auto’s primary call centre is located in Thornhill Ontario, and is supported through the 9 CAA Clubs across Canada, as well as the Member Service Call Centre (MSCC) located at the AAA headquarters in Heathrow, FL.
