Agent Hiring Requirements 
Club Auto minimum hiring practices include:

  • Bonded and insured

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Keyboard knowledge

  • Automotive/Call Centre experience preferred

  • PC knowledge/Windows based

  • Clear diction

  • Bilingual (French-English)

  • Knowledge of Canadian geography

Training 
Club Auto prides itself in the high standards that have been established in the hiring and training of our Agents. This includes telephone skills, listening skills, PC skills, call strategy training, and will include your product knowledge and policies.

Club Auto uses a tiered Agent rating system which rewards Agents based on the continued improvement of their skill set, ensuring a graduated performance/skill level process.
