Location: Thornhill, Ontario (near Highway 7 & Leslie)

Handle French and English calls from stranded motorists across Canada

Provide customer service and problem solving as required

Communicate with dispatch centres across Canada

Job Details:

Hours scheduled vary from 20-40 per week, depending on season and individual availability

Seeking flexible availability: shifts start as early as 6:00 am, end as late as 12:00 midnight

Weekend availability is essential
Required skills:

Post-secondary education; Bachelors degree preferred

Knowledge of Canadian geography

Minimum typing skills, 30 wpm
